• Uses reference ranges to determine result reasonableness and validates critical values.
• Performs routine maintenance and troubleshooting on instruments; calibrates lab equipment.
• Maintains instrument logs and reports results per SOP; trains lab assistants.
• Provides supervision of Lab Assistants and Clerical Personnel as required.
