Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is required; military experience may substitute.
• Licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist in California is required.

Responsabilités

• Verify correct specimen and test to ensure accuracy before analysis.
• Analyze clinical specimens using approved methods and perform quality control.
• Validate results using reference ranges and report results.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of instruments.
• Report results per SOPs and train lab staff on procedures.
• Supervise Lab Assistants and Clerical staff as required.
