Responsibilities

• Verifies proper specimen and test for patients.
• Analyzes clinical laboratory specimens using standard methods.
• Uses reference ranges to determine test result reasonableness and validates results.
• Performs routine maintenance and troubleshooting on instruments and documents data.
• Records repairs/maintenance on instrument logs and trains lab assistants.
• Supervises Lab Assistants and clerical staff as required; supports compliance.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Lab Sciences or related field
