Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and specialized testing across all areas of the lab; analyzes and interprets results.
• Maintains detailed records of tests and QC checks.
• Operates, calibrates, and maintains laboratory equipment; troubleshoots issues.
• Prepares reagents, controls, and standards for procedures; ensures specimen integrity.
• Follows safety and infection-control policies; contributes to ongoing quality improvement.
