Qualifications

• Experience conducting routine and specialized clinical laboratory testing across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to interpret test results and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Knowledge of quality control and proficiency testing.
• Familiarity with accreditation and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized clinical laboratory testing in areas such as chemistry, microbiology, hematology, molecular diagnostics, immunology, and immunohematology.
• Collect, prepare, and evaluate patient specimens with proper handling and documentation.
• Perform quality control, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to laboratory staff and QA activities.
