Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in biological science, chemistry, and math, and NAACLS-accredited CLS program or equivalent.
• One year of specialized experience or graduate education in clinical laboratory science per GS levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized clinical laboratory testing across chemistry, microbiology, hematology, and immunohematology.
• Collect, prepare, and evaluate patient specimens with proper handling and documentation.
• Perform quality control, proficiency testing, equipment calibration and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to laboratory staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
