Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CLS/Medical Technology or NAACLS-equivalent.
• NAACLS accreditation or equivalent preferred.
• U.S. citizenship and background checks required.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and specialized clinical laboratory testing across chemistry, microbiology, hematology, molecular diagnostics, immunology, and immunohematology.
• Collect, prepare, and evaluate patient specimens with proper handling and documentation.
• Perform QC, proficiency testing, equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting in line with standards.
• Support lab operations through QA activities, procedure development, inventory management, and technical guidance.
