Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science/medical technology or closely related field.
• 12 months in a college/hospital-based medical technology program meeting accreditation standards.
• 5 years of full-time clinical laboratory experience in multiple areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct standardized clinical laboratory testing in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, urinalysis, immunology and serology.
• Prepare and handle patient specimens for analysis.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments; prepare reagents and QC materials.
• Perform quality control and maintain laboratory records; ensure biosafety and accreditation compliance.
