• Perform waived, moderately complex, and highly complex test procedures on patient specimens following SOPs.
• Analyze specimens, operate and maintain instruments, interpret results, and perform quality control.
• Provide critical data for clinical decisions and ensure turnaround times.
• Assist in calibration and quality control procedures and maintain records.
• Participate in validation and documentation for new procedures and equipment.
