Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Clinical Laboratory Science from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an NAACLS-accredited MLS/CLS program or equivalent.
• Experience or exposure to clinical laboratory testing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized clinical laboratory testing across chemistry, microbiology, hematology, molecular diagnostics, immunology, and immunohematology.
• Interpret and verify test results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to ensure accuracy.
• Collect and evaluate patient specimens, maintain quality control and documentation, and support QA activities.
