Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a laboratory science field from an accredited institution.
• Meets CLIA high complexity testing qualifications.
• Diploma and transcripts must be provided; foreign credentials translated if needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow lab procedures for specimen handling, processing, testing and reporting.
• Maintain quality control and instrument calibrations per manufacturer specs.
• Document all QC activities and maintain clear records of results.
• Perform proficiency testing in compliance with CLIA regulations.
• Engage in continuing education and annual competency assessment.
• Identify problems affecting test performance and escalate as needed.
