Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related field required.
• ASCP/AMT/AAB certification eligibility or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years acute care lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and high complexity tests with accuracy and timely reporting.
• Follow quality control procedures and document results.
• Conduct instrument checks and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot instrument issues and coordinate with vendors when needed.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper PPE usage.
• Maintain records in the LIS and prepare data for accreditation.
