Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology, medical laboratory science, clinical laboratory science, or related science with transcript copy.
• Must have computer skills and be proficient with Windows-based applications.
• ASCP, AMT or AAB certification required within specified timeframe.
• Ability to operate in a regulated laboratory environment with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret routine and specialized lab tests within established time frames.
• Conduct quality control and instrument maintenance; document corrective actions.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards for laboratories.
• Assist in performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives by managing supplies.
• Communicate effectively with team and patients, ensuring privacy and professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain compliance with policies.
