Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• ASCP certification required or AMT equivalent as stated in description.
• Experience in an automated clinical laboratory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex analysis of body fluids and tissues and ensure data reliability for diagnosis and treatment.
• Provide professional communication with clinicians, patients, and staff via telephone and in person.
• Conduct quality control checks and maintain documentation for instrument and data validity.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimum performance and data integrity.
• Pursue continuing education and mentor new employees and students.
