The role requires an ASCP certification, a Bachelor's degree in MLS/related field, and the ability to obtain MT/MLS within 6 months for new grads.

Qualifications

• ASCP registered or equivalent certification required.
• New graduates must obtain MT/MLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to perform testing in a fast-paced clinical laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing across multiple clinical sections (Blood Bank, Chemistry, Microbiology, Pathology).
• Troubleshoot automated laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
• Maintain quality control, quality assurance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
