Responsibilities

• Collects and processes specimens to aid diagnosis and treatment.
• Performs analytic testing of body fluids, cells, and other substances with timely results.
• Maintains equipment on scheduled basis to assure quality results.
• Performs quality control as required to assure accuracy of results.
• Maintains complete and accurate electronic patient records to improve communication between providers and supports billing practices.
