Qualifications

• ASCP or other certification preferred.
• Associates Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Performs analytical and decision-making functions with minimal supervision.
• Assists in orientation of others and mentoring.
• Rotates through two or more lab departments as required.
• Follows quality control protocols to ensure proper instrument function and specimen handling.
• Adheres to hospital policies and procedures and ensures safe, courteous service to patients.
