Position involves adapting to departmental policies, mentoring staff, and maintaining quality control across laboratory departments.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent with military medical laboratory training.
• ASCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience with rotation through clinical lab departments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees.

• Work independently with good judgment, problem solving and organization.
• Perform analytical and decision-making functions with minimal supervision.
