Job summary

Brown University Health is seeking a Technical Supervisor who will perform a wide variety of routine and specialized studies on blood, urine and body fluids under the supervision of a pathologist. The role requires independent judgment and professional certification in a hospital setting.

The incumbent will oversee analytical functions, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, mentor staff, and participate in staff meetings to support high-quality patient care in Fall River, MA.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited institution, or equivalent military training.
• ASCP or other certification preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in clinical laboratory settings preferred.
