Qualifications

• MLT: High school diploma or equivalent; ASCP or equivalent certification within six months.
• MLS: BS in Medical Laboratory Science with internship; active certification required; registry within 12 months.
• Willingness to earn BLS certification within the first year; ability to operate lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform defined analyses accurately and timely.
• Report unusual conditions to supervisor and document results.
• Maintain professional communication with patients, co‑workers and physicians.
