The position offers a rotating shift schedule with 64 hours biweekly and a competitive hourly wage. A sign‑on bonus of $5,000 is provided with a two‑year commitment.

Qualifications

• MLT requires high school diploma or equivalent and an associate degree in applied science; national certification required or obtained within six months.
• MLS requires BS with internship under a pathologist and active certification (ASCP/AMT) or registry within 12 months; ongoing renewal required.
• Willingness to earn BLS certification within the first year.
• Proficient professional communication and ability to operate all lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform defined analyses with independence and timely completion.
• Report unusual findings to supervisor and document accurately.
• Maintain professional communication with patients, coworkers and physicians.
• Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment as directed.
