Job Description Summary

This position will be located at the East Hanover, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely.

Please note that this role does not provide relocation assistance; only local candidates will be considered.

Under general direction, perform supporting and administrative activities supporting the Raw Materials, BioAnalytics, and Microbiology teams in the Analytical Operations department of TRD CGT East Hanover.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shift position: Work on shifts covering daytime/evening and one or both weekend days. The shift will be fixed according to business needs.
2. Manage restocking PPE and other required materials in designated areas.
3. Perform sample receipt of QC samples from the production unit.
4. Assist with sample management for both cell and gene therapy modalities.
5. Manage shipment of samples in and out of the site.
6. Manage reagent and consumable inventory for assigned areas.
7. Prepare common reagents and buffers required for testing.
8. Perform inspections and testing of raw materials.
9. Handle bulk gas receipt and testing.
10. Conduct monthly review of laboratory logbooks and perform monthly laboratory and equipment cleaning.
11. Ensure cleanliness of laboratory working areas.
12. Perform all testing and activities in compliance with SOPs and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Preferred AS/BA in cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, virology, biochemistry, microbiology, or related sciences.
• 0-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biologics, microbiology, sterile manufacturing, or medical device industry, preferably in a QC laboratory setting.
• Knowledge of GMP/GLP concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to identify and communicate errors in analytical execution.
• Focus on customer (internal and external) satisfaction and responsiveness to requests.

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range at start of employment is expected to be between $25.19/hr and $46.83/hr. This range is effective from 1/1/25 through 12/31/25, but may be adjusted due to market fluctuations. Final pay will depend on factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

The total compensation package may include a sign-on bonus, stock units, discretionary awards, and comprehensive benefits such as medical, financial, 401(k), paid time off, and parental leave. Details will be provided upon offer. This is an at-will employment position, and salary or benefits may be modified at any time.

Salary Range:

$52,400.00 - $97,400.00
