Aura Health's Raleigh, NC laboratory seeks a Clinical Laboratory Team Leader to oversee daily operations, staff development, and complex testing in a high-volume setting. The role requires strong oversight of testing processes, equipment, safety, and overall department performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Biological, or Clinical Laboratory Science.
• Minimum of 4 years clinical laboratory testing experience.
• ASCP or AMT certification preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and laboratory information systems.
• Ability to pass standardized color blindness test.
• Physical ability to perform laboratory duties.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily laboratory operations and report production metrics.
• Train new hires and support staff development.
• Evaluate specimen acceptability and perform routine and complex tests.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instrumentation.
• Monitor inventory, ensure safety, and communicate progress to management.
