Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, biological, or clinical laboratory/medical technology science.
• 4+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory with high complexity testing (molecular pathology preferred).
• 2+ years in a role with increasing responsibilities (lead technologist/technical specialist).
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, OSHA, and other regulations; maintain quality management program.
• Supervise lab personnel and manage staffing, training, and competency evaluations.
• Review testing procedures, QC, proficiency testing, and incident reports to maintain accuracy and turnaround times.
