Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Biology or Chemistry.
• CLIA requirements for High Complexity Testing.
• Appropriate state licensure and/or certificate, where applicable.
• California testing requirements where required by law or SOP.
• Must possess High Complexity Testing competencies per SOP/CLIA and related bodies.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine high complexity testing of biological specimens in a team setting.
• Maintains accurate records and ensures donor, patient, and employee confidentiality.
• Operates equipment and performs routine preventive maintenance; notifies for service when needed.
• Communicates with customers, vendors, and couriers to ensure quality service.
• Escalates non-routine issues and participates in performance improvement activities.
