• Performs, develops and interprets routine and/or specialized laboratory testing independently within established time frames.
• Performs quality control and instrument maintenance/troubleshooting and documents actions.
• Maintains regulatory compliance and follows safety and accreditation standards.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives and manages supply and reagent inventory.
• Adapts communication and approach to patient population and ensures confidentiality.
• Performs other duties and adheres to all policies.
