Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or related science.
• Current CLS Generalist license in the state of practice or within 180 days.
• ASCP/AMT/AAB Generalist certification within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient with Windows and data entry.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine/specialized lab testing independently within time frames.
• Performs QC and instrument maintenance/troubleshooting with appropriate action.
• Adheres to regulatory and accreditation standards and safety guidelines.
• Manages inventory and supports cost reduction initiatives.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and data integrity.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Follows all policies and standards.
