• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Ability to perform venipuncture.
• Proficient with computers and related software.

Responsabilités

• Verify sample identification and assess sample acceptability per procedures.
• Prepare specimens for examination and perform complex lab tests.
• Perform QC, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting on instruments.
• Enter results into LIS and report critical results to providers.
• Prioritize work to meet turnaround times and maintain quality.
• Assist in teaching new colleagues and students; participate in QA/QI.
