Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or MLS required.
• MLS certification preferred or equivalent experience in a clinical lab.
• Ability to handle specimens properly and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Managing specimen collection, identification, and accessioning processes.
• Performing instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality control.
• Using computer applications for reporting and documentation.
• Training new staff and participating in ongoing education to maintain competency.
• Ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining productivity and efficiency.
