Job summary

The position coordinates document control, updates the Clinical Laboratory website content, and collaborates with directors to drive standardization and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related science required.
• Minimum of three years' clinical laboratory experience; quality management, regulatory compliance, or accreditation programs preferred.
• MLS or MT certification from ASCP or AMT required.
• Florida Department of Health Clinical Laboratory Supervisor license required.
• Must demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory components of the Regional Laboratory.
• Coordinate the regional quality management program and monitor performance improvements.
• Promote standardization of laboratory policies and procedures and maintain document control.
• Maintain the Regional Laboratory's website content and participate in leadership team activities.
