Responsibilities

• Perform routine procedures of a Medical Lab Scientist and analyze data affecting patient care.
• Maintain procedures and proficiency; assist and support testing and testing platforms.
• Supervise reporting personnel and contribute to recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and accreditation standards (TJC, HIPAA).
• Assist in budget tracking, revenue/expenditure monitoring, and departmental financials.
• Lead quality assurance efforts and drive improvements in laboratory processes.
