Job summary

Qualifications

• Six years of laboratory experience.
• Prefer certification by a nationally recognized clinical lab certifying agency.

Responsibilities

• Interprets and actualizes organizational goals in collaboration with management.
• Assesses and improves the lab unit’s performance and quality.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and timely reporting of results.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
