Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• One-year medical assistant experience in clinic or physician's office with venipuncture.
• BLS certification required.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle for travel to other clinic locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control procedures before patient testing.
• Carry out laboratory blood work.
• Perform blood draws following proper specimen handling and processing.
• Prepare slides for evaluation and ensure timely lab procedures.
