Job summary

The role requires at least a high school diploma and BLS certification, with preferred venipuncture experience. Travel to multiple clinic locations may be required, with standard weekday hours and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required.
• Venipuncture experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to other clinics.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and blood draws per protocols.
• Conduct laboratory testing and quality control.
• Maintain test and QA logs and prepare specimens.
• Assist in medical procedures (bone marrow, paracentesis, pelvic exams).
• Document results in EMR and coordinate outside testing when needed.
