Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years' experience as a Clinical Lab Assistant at TriCore.
• Strong working knowledge of TriCore policies and procedures.
• Ability to train and direct staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor/Manager with overseeing daily operations.
• Maintain records of absences, time off, and tardies.
• Prepare staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
