Qualifications

• Two years directly relevant experience within TriCore Reference Laboratories.
• One year relevant experience plus completion of education such as a Bachelor or Associate degree.
• Three years relevant experience elsewhere.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for new and existing employees.
• Develop and implement training programs for different systems.
• Monitor and report on employee training and competency.
