Job summary

United WestLabs is seeking a Field Service Representative to grow the business by developing new client relationships and serving healthcare providers with our laboratory services. This role emphasizes relationship-building, field-first outreach, and delivering tailored solutions.

You will spend about 80% of your time in the field, supporting clients, coordinating with operations, and ensuring high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in healthcare or laboratory services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient with computers and standard business applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities by identifying leads and delivering effective sales presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and key decision-makers.
• Spend approximately 80% of time in the field cultivating relationships and presenting tailored solutions.
• Serve as a trusted partner to clients by supporting training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Report client feedback and opportunities to the Program Manager and support timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales calls and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and communicate relevant standards to clients.
• Manage and distribute supplies in accordance with hospital policies and client usage.
• Uphold professionalism, integrity, and customer service in all interactions.
