Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities by identifying leads and delivering effective sales presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, and key decision-makers.
• Spend approximately 80% of time in the field cultivating relationships, identifying client needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
• Serve as a trusted partner to clients by supporting training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Report client feedback, issues, and opportunities to the Program Manager, and support timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of daily sales calls, including purpose and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and effectively communicate relevant compliance standards to clients.
• Manage and distribute supplies appropriately in accordance with hospital policies and client usage.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service in all interactions.
