Fairview seeks a full-time Laboratory Care Technician for the new Riverside University Clinic opening in December. Primary hours are 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Mon–Fri, with one weekend shift every other weekend (8:45 a.m.–5:15 p.m.) at Urgent Care locations.

The LCT will collect specimens, perform point-of-care testing, document orders in LIS/HIS, and support quality assurance within a collaborative team. A strong emphasis on accuracy and patient care is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required.
• Formal phlebotomy education or enrollment in related program.
• Experience with phlebotomy or clinical laboratory work preferred.

Responsabilités

• Follow SOPs to obtain specimens and perform procedures.
• Collect specimens with proper technique and handle special requirements.
• Perform phlebotomy at multiple sites and document results.
• Ensure specimens are correctly identified and processed for testing.
