• Performs clerical duties, including computer entry, filing, and telephone communications.

• Demonstrates knowledge of test terminology used in the laboratory.
• Demonstrates phlebotomy knowledge for specimen collection.
• Processes specimens pre-analytic across multiple departments and reference lab transfers.
