Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate with lab staff, nurses and providers to ensure patient care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with main lab staff and departments to ensure excellent patient care.
• Receive specimens into the LIS and input results.
• Register specimen dropoffs in LIS and ensure accurate data entry.
• Distribute specimens to testing areas and maintain proper sample handling.
• Communicate specimen rejections and critical results to clinical staff.
