Job summary

• Register specimen dropoffs and ensure accurate data entry.
• Distribute specimens to testing areas and coordinate with staff.
• Communicate rejections or critical results to clinical personnel.
• Assist with phlebotomy and specimen collection as needed.
• Answer phones and triage laboratory inquiries.
• Coordinate courier pickups as needed.
