Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy training program preferred.
• Six months healthcare experience preferred or required.
• Must read/write/speak English; good communication with diverse patients.
• Ability to work independently and in team; flexible schedule including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy procedures (venipuncture and capillary) accurately.
• Handle and process blood specimens and donor information per SOPs.
• Support department operations including phone and clerical tasks.
• Maintain specimen integrity and proper labeling in LIS.
• Adhere to safety, training and regulatory requirements.
