Job summary

Summit Pacific Medical Center in United States seeks an IT professional to own the security, configuration, and support of clinical systems. You will work with clinicians, Systems Administrator, help desk, network and vendors to ensure reliable workflows and backups.

You will manage clinical applications, devices, and related infrastructure, provide user support, coordinate change control, and document procedures for downtime and recovery. Strong communication with clinical owners is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT, health informatics or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• Two+ years supporting clinical applications or healthcare technology.
• Knowledge of clinical workflows, patient care processes, and PHI protection.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support clinical applications, devices, and infrastructures.
• Provide Tier 1/2 help desk support for clinicians and systems.
• Coordinate testing, change control, and training with clinical teams.
• Maintain backups, disaster recovery plans, and uptime for systems.
• Serve as IT liaison with BioMed and clinical departments.
