MedCadre is seeking an IT Meditech Systems Specialist to support, maintain, and optimize MEDITECH healthcare information systems across clinical and administrative workflows.

You will troubleshoot issues, assist users, monitor performance, and contribute to upgrades, testing, and integrations while ensuring data security and privacy.

The role involves collaboration with IT and clinical teams to improve workflows and user satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting MEDITECH or healthcare IT apps.
• Knowledge of healthcare information systems and clinical workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer support abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with clinical/technical teams.
