Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an experienced Physician IT Liaison Lead to provide advanced training, frontline support, and workflow optimization for providers while leading a team of Physician IT Liaisons.

You will coordinate go-lives, upgrades, and major initiatives with IT, training, and clinical leadership to align support resources and improve clinician experience and patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Entry-level clinical degree required (RN, PT, OT, ST, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years in physician IT liaison, clinical informatics, provider support, or related role.
• 1–2 years in team lead, supervisory, or coordination role.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support and escalation for complex clinician issues.
• Lead and manage 4 FTE Clinical IT Liaisons; schedule, coverage, and PTO planning.
• Coordinate go-lives, upgrades, and major initiatives with IT, training, and clinical leadership.
• Drive workflow optimization and clinician engagement across inpatient and ambulatory settings.
• Develop training materials and onboarding processes; standardize support workflows.
