Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Integration Analyst to provide frontline IT support in a hospital setting. You will ensure critical clinical applications run reliably, support printers and devices, and participate in software deployments across the organization.

Work with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to troubleshoot issues, document progress, and communicate solutions clearly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of work experience in related field or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a hospital setting with direct patient contact and support of clinical staff in Operating Rooms, Trauma Bay, and In-Patient locations.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree; 5-7 years of related experience.
• Passion for technology and willingness to learn new things.
• Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced front-line support environment.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to protocols for working in the Hospital's Critical Care Units and clinical environment.
• Provide second level technical support and identify systemic issues.
• Understand dataflow between systems and devices on the network.
• Educate Client Services team on complex issues and new technology.
• Participate in small to medium projects and track deliverables.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and device issues (printers, scanners, etc.).
• Deploy software applications hospital-wide and manage deployments.
• Monitor service levels and incident management.
• Research industry best practices and advise management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve root causes.
