MedQuest-Imaging-1 seeks a Service Desk Technician in Alpharetta, GA to deliver first-line IT support across MedQuest locations. You will respond to requests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and uphold strong customer service.

You will resolve incidents, assist with software/hardware setup, remote support, and maintain documentation, collaborating with IT teams to improve processes and security practices.

Qualificações

• Three years of PC hardware, software, network, and customer service experience.
• Service desk or technical support experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS operating systems and PC peripherals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to service requests from end-users promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; provide solutions.
• Maintain high level of customer service with empathy and active listening.
• Ensure continuity of computer systems across MedQuest centers.
• Field calls and emails; diagnose problems and guide users through solutions.
• Log, track, and prioritize incidents using a ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT support as needed.
• Assist users with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting (MS Office and organization apps).
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide remote support to off-site employees; assist with VPN connectivity.
• Maintain and update documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Educate users on security best practices and enforce access controls.
• Collaborate with desktop, network, and systems teams.
