Job summary

Florida International University, Miami campus, seeks a Clinical IT Field Analyst I for the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine. The role covers deploying computing equipment, troubleshooting hardware/software, and coordinating IT service requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization with IT experience.
• Or five years of IT experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs computing equipment setup and deployment at local and remote sites.
• Troubleshoots, installs, upgrades, maintains and repairs hardware/software issues including connectivity.
• Manages IT service requests using HWCOM Ticketing System per procedures.
• Communicates with end users to identify, explain and resolve issues; organizes work with minimal supervision.
• Maintains asset management and works with vendors to obtain quotes and track orders.
