Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and troubleshoot clinical devices and systems as assigned.
• Prep, deploy, and manage corporate mobile devices via MDM.
• Coordinate maintenance or repair of devices as needed.
• Manage IPTV software and media players.
• Troubleshoot failures and provide restoration solutions.
• Assess A/V equipment and recommend upgrades.
• Round on departments to verify operations of systems.
• Document repairs in the ticket system.
• Perform other duties in digital health.
